MSNBC Ripped… and O’Biden given tough questions?

I don’t want to be a complete cynic, but it seems that the “main stream” left leaning media is finally calling a spade a spade, and admitting their bias. They are actually standing up to the Democratic candidates, and asking real questions, despite the repercussions. Have things changed at NBC, ABC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN, etc, etc, etc… Or, perhaps, just as the election is coming down to “D-Day,” maybe the media is trying to cover their a**’s by establishing some examples of “fair and balanced” reporting that they can defend themselves with once the race is over.

What are they going to talk about when they are no longer campaigning for the Obama Biden ticket? They will need to get back in the good graces of the audience. They will need the ratings to defend their existence.

Perhaps this is too cynical a view point. After all, the Orlando television station that asked Biden about the Marxist rhetoric that his running mate spews has been blacklisted as well as the station in Philadelphia. So they are paying a real price for their unbiased inquiries. In addition the LA Times has been reportedly suppressing a video tape of Senator Obama singing the praises of Rashid Khalidi, a former PLO operative.

Maybe the media, is the media, and they just don’t care about what their audience thinks? They haven’t cared for the last eight years, why would they change now.
